Overview

Elite Shield Car Care set out to boost bookings for its flagship services, Ceramic Coating and Window Tinting, targeting high-value automotive clients across the UAE. Earlier campaigns faced limited reach due to low search volume and inconsistent CTR, leading to higher-than-ideal acquisition costs. Over a focused two-month period, we expanded keyword coverage, refined ad copy with clear pricing, warranty details, and service value propositions, and enhanced landing pages for better user flow. The impact was clear: conversion rate rose 10%, acquisition costs dropped 27%, and total conversions grew 65%, generating 347 qualified leads from 1,577+ landing page visits.

Objectives

The campaign aimed to increase bookings for Elite Shield’s high-demand Ceramic Coating and Window Tinting services while improving ROAS and lowering cost per conversion. The focus was to attract premium car owners actively seeking high-quality vehicle protection and aesthetic enhancement solutions.

Challenges

The campaigns initially faced limited reach due to restricted keyword volume and search demand. CTR was inconsistent with Window Tinting ads underperforming compared to Ceramic Coating, and overall cost per conversion was higher than target benchmarks. These performance gaps limited scalability and ROI in a niche but competitive automotive services market.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, we broadened keyword and service targeting to include branded and high-intent search terms while excluding irrelevant queries through strategic negative keywords. Ad copy was rewritten to highlight pricing transparency, warranty protection, and service duration, delivering stronger value communication. Budget allocation was shifted to favor Ceramic Coating campaigns, which offered higher average order values. Landing pages were optimized for clarity, faster load time, and stronger calls to action.
